Description

Conceptualizes and executes designs with the use of computer-aided programs such as Photoshop and other editing tool to produce promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, magazine ads, product labels, packaging design, truck stickers, wobbler, pen layouts, etc.
Designs and draws a wide range of promotional activities for companys advertising strategy.
Edit digital and print materials (brochures, emails, event materials, presentations) with exhibiting competent design and typography skills.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and style.
Prepare design files for print and digital use, ensuring proper resolution and file formats.
Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and key messaging.
Manage design requests and coordinate with the General Manager, Marketing, and team to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Communicate project progress to team members and stakeholders.
Research, develop, and present design concepts that meet project requirements.
Assist with industry and competitor research.
Create, manage, and deploy email campaigns, with follow-up reporting. - Ensure competency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), while learning new applications
Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices.
Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.
Conduct quality checks on design outputs to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or any related field.
2-3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a creative agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
Understand the role of design in achieving business strategy and outcomes.
Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding consistency.
Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
Keen attention to detail and strong visual composition skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of web design and experience collaborating with developers from design to deployment.
Ability to take direction and feedback to iterate designs.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
