  • Assist in all facets of Human Resource Department; Recruitment, Operations,
  • Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development.
  • Labor/ Employee Relations, Payroll and Timekeeping, HR Information System
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of HR-related experience (esp. end-to-end recruitment process)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
