Store Supervisor, Quezon City

Retail supervisors are responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock, and resources management.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting training, supervision, and performance evaluations of personnel.
• Administering financial budgets.
• Keeping accurate sales records.
• Engaging in strategic planning.
• Executing promotion and marketing strategies for the business.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Managing accurate pricing and stock inventory control.
• Enhancing profitability and achieving sales objectives.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Developing promotional materials and arranging display setups.

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in sales.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience supervising and managing a professional staff of at three.
• At least college level
• Strong effective communicator.
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.
• Commitment to continuous learning.
• Forecasting skills necessary in ordering of goods.
• Demonstrate effectiveness in holding conversations with customers and suppliers.
