Sales and Corporate Relationship Specialist, Quezon City

The Site Acquisition Officer is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing potential sites for company projects, such as telecommunications towers, retail branches, offices, or facility

expansions. The role involves negotiating with property owners, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders,and managing documentation required for site approval and development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Identification & Assessment

• Conduct market research to identify suitable locations for project deployment. Conduct site mapping and area profiling
• Perform initial site inspections and feasibility assessments.
• Evaluate technical, commercial, and regulatory viability of proposed sites.
• Lead site sourcing and identify high-potential locations

2. Negotiation & Acquisition

• Facilitate site negotiations with PMO or the Developers
• Assist in coordinating with the property and internal teams during the acquisition process.
• Build and maintain lessor relationships to support expansion goals
• Secure necessary permits, approvals, and clearances for site acquisition.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare, review, and process all legal and technical documentation related to site acquisition.
• Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and relevant government regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all acquired sites and ongoing negotiations.

4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, and project management teams to evaluate and finalize sites.
• Manage documentation related to acquisitions and approvals
• Coordinate with LGUs, regulatory agencies, and external partners to expedite approvals.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on acquisition progress.

5. Project Monitoring

• Track the status of each site from identification to turnover.
• Attend site visits when needed to support documentation and compliance activities
• Address issues or delays during the acquisition and permitting process.
• Ensure timely completion of site acquisition milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in site acquisition, real estate, telecommunications, or project coordination (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, maps, and contracts.
• Knowledge of local permitting processes and LGU requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
• Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork.
• Have the ability to assess situations, identify opportunities, and take action without needing to be told
• Proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate a willingness to solve problems and contribute to a positive outcome
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
