Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Details:
Graduate of Civil Engineer
Preferably candidates must be a licensed
Cost Estimation & Budgeting – Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works and others
Project Cost Management – Track design and construction changes, adjusting budget projections as necessary
Financial Reporting – Provide regular cost reports and forecasts to ensure project efficiency and financial accuracy.
MEPFS Design & Implementation – Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure MEPS systems align with project specifications and safety standards
