• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts and online presence.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
• Oversee day to day sales, monitoring and forecasting of RMC, Asphalt, and RCPC.
• Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Manage and coach the sales team-provide motivation and inspiration
• Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnership that add value.
• Develop and execute Go-to Market strategy.
• Recognizing growing markets and market changes to stay on the top of the competition.

   Work Location: West Avenue Quezon City 

   Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
