- Coordinate with mall developers and leasing partners for new site proposals
- Help prepare business cases and feasibility studies for upcoming branches
- Organize timelines, requirements, and internal tasks related to store opening
- Liaise with operations, marketing, and admin teams to ensure smooth pre-opening activities
- Track progress of store setups and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain files, documents, and updates related to store launches
