Job Summary:

As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, focusing on maximizing occupancy especially during off-peak hours and promoting our VIP and group dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales during non-peak hours, ensuring optimal utilization of the restaurant's capacity.
• VIP & Group Sales: Promote and manage bookings for the venue and our VIP areas, catering to corporate events, private celebrations, and large group reservations.
• Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute marketing initiatives that highlight our unique dining concept, international cuisines, and technological innovations.
• Partnership Development: Forge relationships with corporations, event planners, and travel agencies to secure group bookings and exclusive events.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality or F&B industry. Must have a strong track record of realizing significant growth in businesses handled.
• Strong network in corporate and event planning sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
