Inventory Control Specialist, Quezon City

     Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for the purchase of supplies, services and equipment   

     Receive material and reconcile with purchase orders   

     Ensure equipment is properly labeled prior to distribution   

     Works closely with staff to make suggestions on continual improvement efforts to ensure greater inventory accuracy and waste reduction   

     Prepares and requests quotes form given specifications   

     Create, place and track purchase orders daily to ensure timely delivery and distributes communication to key operations staff   

     Collect and review confirmations, manages key data for raw material purchase orders   

     Prepares invoice packages for Accounts Payable  

     Review quality of purchased products   

     Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed   

     Coordinate with accounting staff to ensure proper storage   

     Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company   

     Develop, implement and manage cost savings ideas   

     Direct staff in the process daily requisitions, expedite deliveries, resolve quality issues and adjust supply chain as required   

     Set standard costs and lead times for all raw material commodities   

     Provide support and give advice to the management and staff on procurement/supplier matters 

     Ensure timeliness and accuracy of work prior to submission.   

     Ensure confidentiality of data and company information.   

     Provide superior with regular feedback on the status of ongoing tasks and discuss other relevant concerns.   

     Assist the Finance Department, as needed.    

     Perform other related duties as required.   

     Prepare and complete order for delivery or pick-up according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) 

     Received and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) 

     Comply with the Companys Code of Conduct.
