- Lead the production team to meet target output through forecasting, planning and constant communication with the team.
- Responsible for overseeing the production process and develop standard operating procedures and work flows to ensure efficient and continuous operation.
- Ensures products are within quality standards by implementing quality assurance and control measures.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Provides performance coaching and evaluation to staff and recommend training, employee movement and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Enforces implementation of occupational safety procedures and regulations
- Coordinates with Sales, Maintenance and Warehouse
- Reports directly to the General Manager/ Assistant General Manager regarding production status and concerns.
