Responsible for the preparation and analysis of Consolidated Financial Reports (Operations and Owning Company) including monitoring of the cost of hotel, submission of reportorial requirements and full compliance to BIR, SEC, BOI and other government regulatory agencies.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits Consolidated Financial Reports of Hotel Operations and Owning Company.
• Updates regularly the hotels cost report. Coordinates with Architecture & Engineering, Purchasing and Project Management Team for queries on any additional works if within the budget and change orders.
• Ensures prompt payment to contractors and are based on actual percentage of completion as well as within the contract price.
• Prepares projected cash flow for the funding requirements of the hotel in coordination with Treasury.
• Prepares the annual budget for the expenses below the Hotels Gross Operating Profit (GOP) line.
• Coordinates with external auditors for the annual audit.
• Ensures full compliance for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports to all regulatory agencies such as BIR, SEC, BOI and others.
• Signs Accounts Payable vouchers and verifies accuracy of amounts and completeness of supporting documents.
• Prepares monthly accounting entries for amortization of prepayments, accruals, depreciation, inter and intra-company charges and other items under the Owning Company.
• Prepares Bank and Intercompany Reconciliation Reports.
• Assists in the preparation and checking of consolidated tax remittances monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Closely coordinates with Operations Accounting Team on payroll, disbursements and other concerns.
• Prepares analysis and various reports for Joint Venture project.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
