Description
  1. Monitors in and out of documents, equipment, chemicals, and other supplies.
  2. Performs monthly on-site inventory counting.
  3. Records daily chemical consumption to check accuracy of actual vs. recorded consumption, including in-house consumption.
  4. Carries out administrative duties like filing, typing, binding, scanning, printing, etc.
  5. In-charge of transcribing minutes of the meeting and disseminate information to concerned employees not present during the discussion
  6. Answers phone calls, schedules meeting, and supports visitors
  7. Organizes and schedules appointments
  8. Develops and maintains a fully-organized filing system
  9. Maintains polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail
  10. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and expediting orders requested
  11. Conducts market research and purchases materials as needed and requested
  12. Renews government-related permits / licenses as needed
  13. Conducts registration of vehicles and monitors their respective renewal
  14. Monitors the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) of vehicles
  15. Performs other tasks as assigned by senior manager or anyone from Top Management
