Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes following the resto-bars menu and recipe guidelines.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
- Handle food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and pre-cooking ingredients.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and hygiene protocols as per DOH regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and stovetops.
- Work closely with the head chef, kitchen staff, and service crew to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist in creating new dishes or menu items if required.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including fire and hazard prevention measures.
