Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and plate dishes following the resto-bars menu and recipe guidelines.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
Handle food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and pre-cooking ingredients.
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
Follow proper food handling, storage, and hygiene protocols as per DOH regulations.
Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and stovetops.
Work closely with the head chef, kitchen staff, and service crew to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Assist in creating new dishes or menu items if required.
Adhere to safety protocols, including fire and hazard prevention measures.
