Executive Support:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft and proofread internal and external communications (emails, reports, presentations, etc.).
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing job descriptions, and handling candidate communications.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR-related processes.
- Support in employee engagement activities and company initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
Communication & Writing:
- Prepare and edit written correspondence, such as memos, letters, and newsletters.
- Write, proofread, and edit HR documents (policies, handbooks, etc.).
- Act as a liaison between executives and employees, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Assist in drafting and sending internal announcements and updates
