Description

Executive Support:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft and proofread internal and external communications (emails, reports, presentations, etc.).
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing job descriptions, and handling candidate communications.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR-related processes.
  • Support in employee engagement activities and company initiatives.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.

Communication & Writing:

  • Prepare and edit written correspondence, such as memos, letters, and newsletters.
  • Write, proofread, and edit HR documents (policies, handbooks, etc.).
  • Act as a liaison between executives and employees, ensuring clear and effective communication.
