Description

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or management.
Support the team in achieving service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Level: 35 years of customer service experience
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
