In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
• Provide clear information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Process account updates, service requests, and transactions
• Keep records updated and document interactions
• Follow company policies, scripts, and performance standards

• Minimum 6 months of call center experience
• Willing to work on-site
• High School or Senior High School Graduate
• Basic computer skills
