We are Hiring a Voice Customer Service Representative who can deliver excellent customer support through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone
  • Provide accurate product, service, and account information
  • Resolve issues and escalate when needed
  • Document calls and follow procedures
  • Maintain customer satisfaction
  • Meet performance targets and support team goals


Qualifications:

  • Good verbal communication skills (English)
  • Customer-service oriented, with patience and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions accurately
  • Willing to work on flexible shifts
  • Prior BPO or call center experience is a plus but not required
  • Senior High School Graduate or College level accepted
