Retail Sales Associate, Iloilo

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations when needed.
• Assist customers in selecting products and completing purchases.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and store organization.
• Process payments accurately through POS (cash, card, etc.).
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, visual merchandising standards, and brand guidelines.
• Support store activities such as promotions, events, and stock management.

Qualifications

• Continuous and recent work experience
• With at least 1 year of experience in retail/sales (preferably with high-end brands)
• No visible tattoos
• High school graduate or college level (any course)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident, energetic, and sales-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude
