As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brands, assisting customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences while maintaining extensive knowledge of our product lines.

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers entering the store, creating a positive first impression.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product lines
• Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and trends to effectively assist and educate customers.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Suggest complementary products to enhance the customer's experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising displays.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving overall store objectives.

• High school graduate/college level/college graduate
• Preferably with at least 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE in retail/sales
