Why This Role Exists
As our Kitchen Warehouse and our Manila team grows we are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to step in, lead the local team and take the function forward.

What You’ll Own

• Lead and develop a Manila-based finance team — setting standards, reviewing outputs, and building capability
• Deliver financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting schedules to AU Finance on time and to standard
• Support AU Finance with budgeting, forecasting, board pack schedules, and EOFY requirements
• Own month-end and year-end close activities for both the Philippine entity and in support of AU Finance
• Manage all Philippine statutory compliance — BIR filings, SEC reporting (AFS, GIS), and statutory remittances
• Drive audit readiness and serve as the primary Manila contact for external auditors
• Identify and lead process improvements across finance operations and controls
