Digital Marketing Supervisor, Pasig

The Digital Analytics Supervisor is responsible on focusing, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting data regarding the brand's data on Shopify. Ensures the successful uploading of products and implementation of campaign in the said channel. Closely monitors statistics, consolidate verified data, point out emerging performance trends, check the correlation of data throughout various online platforms, and provide recommendations to the immediate head.

Data Monitoring and Management

• Conducts daily performance checking on Shopify dashboard vis a vis social media other social media platforms to spot any noticeable digital trends (i.e. site traffic, daily conversion, shares and engagement on ad posts etc.) of assigned brand
• Monitors merchandise sales and gross margin
• Assists the team in defining and recalibrating metrics in order to adjust spending needs, and adapt to the rapidly changing online market trends
• Conducts a thorough and timely generation from the site ensuring the credibility of data every time

Budget Management

• Initiates control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Ensures effective control of marketing results to make sure the marketing objectives are achieved on time
• Manages budget such as ad spending, pay-per-click, to make sure all are properly utilized to support marketing strategies and to ensure ads to sales % is on target and below thresholds set

Reports Management

• Prepares the Daily and Monthly Sales Report & Inventory on Hand Report for the assigned brands
• Provides trend reports as a result of analysis and monitoring of the assigned e-commerce site, as requested by team head
