What You’ll Do:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that amplify the Gingersnaps brand, drive sales, and increase customer engagement
2. Stay ahead of the curve by conducting market research to identify consumer trends, demographics, and competitors, and use this insight to shape effective campaigns.
3. Collaborate with our creative team to develop visually stunning and child-friendly campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media, while ensuring our brand voice is consistent and impactful.
4. Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, influencer partnerships, and online advertising to increase brand exposure and drive traffic.
5. Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, assess ROI, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve marketing efforts.
6. Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and pop-up shops to connect with customers, build relationships, and showcase the Gingersnaps brand in person.
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in children's apparel, marketing technologies, and industry best practices to propose innovative ideas and strategies.
8. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and collaborations.
