Customer Service Representative, Pasig City

Job Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction & Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone

Documentation & Reporting:
- Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in CRM systems
- Prepare service reports and maintain logs for quality assurance and audit purposes
- Track recurring issues and suggest improvements to reduce future complaints
