One of our clients is looking for a Sales Officer to join their company. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate the company’s value proposition, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing, and after-sales service.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and account management.
- Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and tailored solutions to client needs.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and customer experience.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Attend sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
