Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire hotel management process from pre-opening to full operation.

2. Drive business growth and profitability through excellent financial and operational management capabilities.

3. Develop and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service standards for each department.

4. Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing hotel team.

5. Responsible for communication and coordination with various stakeholders and reporting to senior management.

6. Oversee budget management, cost control, and resource allocation.

7. Ensure compliant operations, risk management, and service quality assurance.

8. Identify and promote business development opportunities to improve overall business performance.
