POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE - LOGISTICS

Job Summary

The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales and managing client relationships for logistics and warehousing services. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, supporting existing accounts, and coordinating closely with operations to ensure service delivery meets client requirements. This position plays a key role in driving revenue while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for warehousing, transport, and logistics services 
  • Manage client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow through on sales leads 
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Transport, and Operations teams to ensure accurate service execution 
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and handle day-to-day account concerns 
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of service requests, bookings, and documentation 
  • Monitor service performance and address client issues or escalations promptly 
  • Assist in contract preparation, rate negotiation, and service agreements 
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and client status reports 
  • Support billing coordination by validating charges, rates, and service records 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and client SLAs 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred) 
  • At least 13 years experience in sales, customer service, or account management (logistics experience is an advantage) 
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations (warehousing, transport, distribution) is a plus 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email); experience with WMS/TMS is an advantage 
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts

Working Conditions

  • Office-based with frequent coordination with warehouse and operations teams 
  • May require site visits to warehouses or client locations 
  • May require extended hours depending on operational requirements

  • Number of new clients/accounts acquired 
  • Client retention and satisfaction levels 
  • Accuracy of quotations and documentation 
  • Timeliness of coordination and issue resolution 
  • Billing accuracy and support efficiency 

Salary Range- 25,000

Work Location- Pasay City

Work Schedule- Monday to Friday 8:30am- 6:06 pm.
