Phil Eco Airtech Corp. is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Finance and Administrative Assistant to support our daily business operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and record company sales, expenses, and financial transactions

Maintain financial records, reports, and company documents

Assist in posting job vacancies and sourcing applicants when needed

Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, filing, and company errands as required

Provide overall operational support to management.


Qualifications:

Experience in finance, admin, bookkeeping, or office coordination is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other office tools

Strong communication and organizational skills

Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive

Willing to handle fieldwork/errands when necessary
