Job Responsibilities:
Review and analyze medical records and surgical documentation
Assign accurate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD codes based on procedures and diagnoses
Ensure coding compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines
Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards
Coordinate with healthcare providers regarding coding clarifications when needed
Support auditing and quality assurance processes
Non-Negotiable Qualifications:
Active Medical Coding License (CPC or CIC)
Minimum 3 years Surgical Coding experience
Strong knowledge of CPT & HCPCS coding
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Good English communication skills
