Description
  • Develop hiring plans, conduct interviews, perform background checks, and manage orientation programs.
  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Evaluate employee performance, support appraisals, and recommend pay adjustments.
  • Explain and manage employee benefits, compensation packages, and wellness programs.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records, including attendance, payroll, and contracts.
  • Organize workshops, track employee growth, and support career development initiatives.


Job Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and compliance tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, confidentiality and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of AI tools applied to research, analysis, reports and action planning. (Chatgpt, Gemini, Claude, etc.)


WORK SCHEDULE

  • Monday to Saturday  8:00 AM 5:00 PM
