We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Prep to join our dynamic team. This position comes with service charge.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and portioning ingredients for use in the kitchen
2. Assisting the chefs in the preparation of dishes
3. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace
4. Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
5. Supporting the wider kitchen team as needed

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar prep or support role
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
3. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
4. A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
5. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
