• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
• Strong communication skills in English
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Amenable to work onsite

• 23,500 26,500 for candidates without BPO sales experience
• 28,000 32,000 for candidates with at least 6 months of BPO sales experience

• Assist customers with cruise reservations, bookings, and inquiries
• Provide information about cruise packages, itineraries, and onboard services
• Handle customer concerns, cancellations, and rebooking requests
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Promote relevant cruise packages, upgrades, and add-on services when applicable
