Description
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the handled Estate which includes Administration, Grounds Maintenance, Safety & Security, Traffic, and Development Control.
  • Conduct regular coordination with counterparts of the different locators for their concerns and address them with the least amount of time.
  • Execute projects that may be assigned from time-to-time related to the managed property.
  • And any other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time by his superior.


Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Engineering or Management course.
  • Minimum at least one of experience or fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in facilities/estate management, project supervision
