Customer Service, Pasay

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or product locations
• Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and store policies
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist in stocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
• Operate cash register and process payments (if assigned)
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to supervisors
• Support other store operations as needed
