Data Scientist - Hybrid 1-2x a month, Pasay

Position: Data Scientist

Company Industry: IT/BPO Company

Work Location: Pasay City

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 75,000 gross

Work Set Up: Hybrid (1-2x a month onsite)

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or a related field

Strong analytical skills with advanced SQL and Excel proficiency

Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)

Excellent communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience in data analytics/reporting; knowledge of ETL, data governance, or Python/R is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for reporting, analytics, and performance metrics

Build and maintain data models, queries, and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) for insights and reporting

Perform data analysis, validation, and trend identification to ensure accuracy and integrity

Identify performance gaps and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Support reporting, collaborate with teams, and handle ad hoc analytical tasks as needed
