DCLAN Network Engineer, Pasay

Position: Network Engineer (DCLAN)

Location: Pasay City

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 150,000 gross

Work Setup: Hybrid Set up (2x a week onsite / 3x from home)

Job Requirements:

• Must hold an Active CCNP (Routing, Switching, or Data Center preferred).
• With 3 years and above experience in Network Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience specifically supporting Data Center LAN environments.
• Expertise in Nexus platforms and/or F5 Load Balancers (Candidates proficient in both are highly preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and stakeholder coordination

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level support for Data Center LAN infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize Nexus switches and F5 load balancing configurations.
• Ensure network stability, scalability, and security across the DCLAN environment.
• Collaborate with global teams during shifting schedules and EST-aligned meetings

Recruitment Process:

• Review of certifications and DC experience.
• Level 1 Technical Interview: Scheduled between 9:00 AM 11:00 AM PHT.
• Final Interview (Panel): Technical & Behavioral assessment conducted during EST hours.
