Job Title: Travel Account Specialist (GDS)
Job Description:
Handle travel-related customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations using GDS tools. Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year BPO experience (Travel Account)
- With GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work on-site and shifting schedule
