Procurement Encoder, Pasay

Responsibilities:

• Conversion of Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) including all the necessary checks and balances that will be performed.
• Daily Reporting of converted and unconverted PRs
• Daily monitoring and reporting of delivery status
• Reconciliation of issues on payment concerns (ie. Invoice issues, goods receipts, and process based issues.)
• Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation
• Request Proposals & Quotations.
• Negotiate Contract Pricing & Finalize Terms & Conditions.
• Support on transactional activities related to catalogue uploads / documentation, vendor accreditation, tabulation of offers, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• At least 6 months 1 year of work experience in procurement, Logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or administrative/data encoding roles (fresh graduates with relevant experience may be considered).
• Experience in converting Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO) with strong attention to accuracy, compliance, and established checks and balances.
• Ability to prepare and maintain daily reports for converted and unconverted PRs.
• Experience in monitoring delivery status and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of payment reconciliation processes, including invoice discrepancies, goods receipt issues, and process-related concerns.
• Knowledge or exposure to supplier sourcing and evaluation activities.
• Basic understanding of contract pricing, terms, and conditions, with the ability to assist in negotiations and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
