Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide accurate and clear product and service information
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Process account updates, service requests, and related transactions
  • Maintain and update records of customer interactions
  • Follow company policies, scripts, and performance standards


Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of call center experience
  • Willing to work on-site
  • High School or Senior High School Graduate
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Good communication skills
