Agencies Assistant - Sales and Marketing, Pasay

Job Summary:

To ensure effective and efficient client servicing of intermediaries with strong and ethical values and professionalism to meet their insurance requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Solicit and develop new business from various agents

2. Cross sell products to existing clients and agents

3. Send renewal notices promptly to agents or clients

4. Recruitment of agents

Other task requirement related to function:

1. Prepare proposals/quotes based on approval of underwriters

2. Coordinate necessary risk survey schedules

3. Prepare and monitor CRM tickets

4. Transmit policies/endorsements/invoices

5. Attend meeting when required

6. Assist in collections of premiums

7. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
