Sales Executive

Assignment Location: Aspire Corporate Plaza, Pasay City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and fieldwork
  • Promote and sell company products and services to existing and potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct product presentations and provide technical information to clients when needed
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical, logistics, and customer support) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline using CRM tools
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of technical and industrial sales environments is an advantage
  • Experience in selling submersible pumps and water systems is a plus
