HR Manager/Supervisor, Pasay

Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to ensure that manpower requirements are filled on time.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company standards and labor regulations.

Supervise and guide HR staff such as HR Officers, Coordinators, and Recruitment personnel.

Handle employee relations concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Monitor employee performance and support performance evaluation processes.

Manage employee records, HR documentation, and confidential information.

Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

Prepare and analyze HR reports such as manpower status, turnover, and recruitment updates.

Represent the company in meetings, hearings, or cases involving labor concerns when necessary.

Oversee employee benefits administration including government contributions and company benefits.

Work closely with management to support strategic HR planning and organizational development.
