We are currently looking for Call Center Agents in Bacolod City. Open ito sa may experience at kahit first time mag call center basta willing matuto.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, or account issues
• Provide clear and helpful information about the service
• Resolve concerns in a professional and friendly manner
• Follow company guidelines and call procedures

Qualifications:

• At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
• Good English communication skills
• With or without call center experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work onsite in Bacolod
• Willing to work shifting schedule
