We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our growing team! In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information about products and services, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide customers with accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
- Process account updates, service requests, and related transactions
- Maintain accurate records and document customer interactions
- Follow company policies, scripts, and performance standards
- At least 6 months of call center experience
- Willing to work on-site
- High School or Senior High School Graduate
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
