Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure client needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage continued business and account growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, IT, Billing, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery and resolution of client concerns.
• Assist in preparing proposals, service agreements, and commercial documentation.
• Track account activity, prepare reports, and provide updates on client interactions and opportunities.
• Support the identification of potential new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Suggest improvements in processes or services to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 23 years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, courier, or supply chain industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain operations a plus
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• Good selling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare proposals and reports
• Negotiation skills for client discussions
