Job Description:

  • Efficient Call Handling.
  • Properly log calls in the Call Log System.
  • Coordination with other Business Units and branches.
  • Prepares and submits daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Provides adequate information per unit.
  • Handles customer complaints and provides possible resolution whenever necessary.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and complex issues that require in-depth problem solving.
  • Facilitates bookings request and cancellations.
  • Manage walk-in customers and can duty at Pier site or branches.
  • Handles and answers emails and social media.


Qualifications:

  • Must be four-year college graduate
  • Preferably fresh graduates who can start ASAP
  • Good communication skills
  • With Positive attitude
  • Willing to work on weekends and can render OT
  • With 1-2 weeks training
