Recruitment Associate, Pasay

1. Workforce Planning & Coordination

• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs.
• Handle shared services (group of companies)
• Ensure agency and PESO accreditation requirements are met.

2. Talent Sourcing

• Post job openings across online platforms and internal boards.
• Attend job fairs and school fairs to build talent pipelines.
• Network with schools, training centers, and professional associations.

3. Screening & Selection

• Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews (phone/video).
• Coordinate with hiring managers for competency assessments and interviews.

4. Onboarding & Deployment

• Collect pre-employment requirements (documents, medical, background checks).
• Track submission status, follow up with candidates, and ensure completeness and accuracy of all pre-employment files.
• Prepare and release employment contracts (probationary, project-based, or other applicable terms). Ensure contracts are signed, filed, and properly coordinated with shared services.

5. Engagement & Communication

• Host and attend morning huddles to update staff on recruitment progress and align goals.
• Maintain a feedback loop with managers and new hires.
• Continuously refine recruitment workflows for efficiency and candidate experience.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
2. 12 years of experience in full-cycle / end-to-end recruitment processes (from sourcing to onboarding).
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Experience in recruitment events (job fairs, school fairs) is a plus.
5. Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and shared services.
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
