Insurance Officer, Pasay

Description

Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and policies.
Handle claims processing and provide support throughout the claim resolution process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with underwriters to assess risk and determine policy terms.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Open toHigh School Graduates(Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduates.
Experience Level: Requires at least1 year of international voice BPO experience, preferably with an insurance experience.
Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of healthcare insurance policies.
Responsibilities and Duties:Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualities and Traits:Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary Package:22,000 27,000monthly.
Language Proficiency:Requires aB2 CEF Score(Upper-Intermediate English).
Shift & Setup:StrictlyNight ShiftandOnsitework.
Special Requirement:Having aDrivers Licenseis a noted advantage.
