Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Open toHigh School Graduates(Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduates.
  • Experience Level: Requires at least1 year of international voice BPO experience, preferably with an insurance experience.
  • Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of healthcare insurance policies.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Qualities and Traits:Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Salary Package:22,000 27,000monthly.
  • Language Proficiency:Requires aB2 CEF Score(Upper-Intermediate English).
  • Shift & Setup:StrictlyNight ShiftandOnsitework.
  • Special Requirement:Having aDrivers Licenseis a noted advantage.
