Responsibilities

• Create product listings by writing engaging and informative product descriptions highlighting key features and benefits, including specifications, sizing details, and usage instructions
• Manage listings across different e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok
• Select and upload high-quality product images from different angles, ensuring visual appeal and clarity; perform basic editing using Photoshop or Canva
• Maintain accurate product pricing and update inventory levels on e-commerce platforms
• Categorize products correctly and assign relevant product attributes to facilitate easy navigation and filtering
• Regularly review and update product listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to gather product information and address listing-related issues

Job Requirements

• Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clear and concise communication
• Understanding of SEO principles and keyword research techniques
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
• Visual design sense for selecting and editing product images
• Basic understanding of product specifications and technical details
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
