Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Recommend and promote products based on customer needs
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Replenish and arrange merchandise displays
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock concerns
• Support store promotions and marketing activities
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints

Qualifications

• Senior High School or College level / Graduate
• With or without retail sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented and sales-driven
• Pleasing personality and well-groomed appearance
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
