- Evaluate insurance applications and assess risks.
- Provide guidance to clients on insurance coverage options and policies.
- Process claims and determine policy coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of client policies and correspondence.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Must be willing to work night shifts
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in insurance or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
- 1 year international voice BPO; preferably with insurance experience; with Driver's License is a plus
- CEF Score: B2
